Pilgrimage Itinerary

Day 1 Depart from your airport of origin / Quito

Board your flights from your home town and connections into Rome. Meals are served on board.

Day 2 Tuesday, Arrivals in to Rome airport/Siena

Upon arrival into Rome, you will be greeted by an Excelsior Tour representative where you will board your bus. We arrive into Siena around midday and you will then check into your hotel. The afternoon will be free with late afternoon Mass followed by a group dinner. Hotel in Siena.

Day 3 Wednesday, Siena

We will have an early morning Mass followed by a group breakfast. We will then head out as a group to visit the Church of St. Catherine of Siena and other major sites. You will have a free afternoon in Siena and will meet back at the hotel for our group dinner. Hotel in Siena.

Day 4 Thursday, Monastery Mt. LaVerna

After our early morning Mass and breakfast, we depart on our bus for Monastery at Mr. Laverna. We will arrive just before lunch and will proceed to check into your rooms. We will start the retreat after our group lunch. Night at LaVerna.

Day 5 Friday, Monastery Mt. LaVerna

All day retreat. Night at LaVerna

Day 6 Saturday, Monastery Mt. La Verna

All day retreat. Night at LaVerna

Day 7 Sunday, Monastery Mr. LaVerna/Assisi

Retreat ends after breakfast and we check out and leave on our bus to Cartona and then Assisi just after lunch. We check into our Convent and have a free afternoon before our group dinner. Night in Assisi.

Day 8 Monday, Assisi

Moring tour with Father Relyea and free afternoon. Group dinner at Convent. Night in Assisi.

Day 9 Tuesday, Loreto, Osimo, Citta de Castelo, Assisi

After our morning Mass and breakfast, we depart on a day trip to Loreto, Citta de Castelo and Osimo. We return late afternoon for group dinner. Night in Assisi.

Day 10 Wednesday, Assisi, Cascia, Rome

After our morning Mass and breakfast, we check out of the Convent and depart on bus to Cassia. We then arrive late afternoon in Rome and check into our Convent there. We will have our group meal together at the Convent. Night in Rome.

Day 11 Thursday, Rome

After our morning Mass and breakfast, you will have a free day in Rome. Night in Rome

Day 12 Friday, Rome/Departures

Check out of Convent and transport to airport.
